Really good experience at Mina Al Salam

The staff was helpful. Housekeeping kept my Ocean View Club Room, Club benefits super clean. The gym has top-quality equipment. Sabuj offered me drinks regularly and used an electronic massage gun to release any muscle tension. I found the service very nice.

The hotel is connected to other hotels and the Souk Madinat. The waterways and abras offer a special touch. The location makes it easy to get around with lots to do. You don't need to leave the resort.

The Ocean View Club Room, Club benefits was very clean. The bed was luxurious. There are many AMAZING features in the room. The turndown service included slippers at the bed and water next to the bed.

The breakfast had fresh, tasty food. There was a wide choice of restaurants. I found the food around the pool surprisingly good. The buffet breakfast seemed like dining with royalty.

The gym has leg compression machines. There are a variety of pools, wild wadi, and a kids club. The Abra water boat tour takes you around from place to place. The beaches were perfect.

the hotel has an amazing location with burj views. rooms were cleaned twice daily and toiletries were replaced. the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub.
the gym could use some newer equipment.

The hotel room was luxurious. It featured an ocean view. The balcony provided ample space. I also appreciated the numerous restaurants available, with a range of choices. The Madinat Souk was just minutes away. It has shops and restaurants.
The breakfast choices in the club lounge were slightly limited.

The hotel boasts an excellent position with views away from the city toward the sea. Most offer a full vista. This hotel is part of a large resort with access to facilities in three other hotels. The Madinat Souk is nearby and provides various shops.

I received a lovely welcome, and the facilities provided an really good experience. The thoughtful amenities, like sunscreen and iced water, were great on the beach. The boat transfers were efficient , and the service displayed very nice consideration.

My room was well appointed , and it was spacious. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom maintained a very high standard , with toiletries replenished in plentiful supplies. Extra clothes rail and shoe rack were provided , and I found that to be good.
